Loizos Sergiou
He was born in Ayia Napa in 1951. He studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence. In 1992 he designed the covers of international publications about poetry for the organization IWAA Ohio in the USA. In 1977 he participated at the Monte Carlo Biennale, followed by solo exhibitions in Cyprus and abroad. In 1980 he took in the exhibition “Contemporary Cypriot Art” in Thessaloniki. In 1981 he exhibited his work at the “On the Road Contemporary Cypriot Painting Exhibition” in countries of Eastern Europe. In 1982 he participated at the Paris Biennale and in 1991 he took part in the “Commonwealth Exhibition” in London.
