Lefteris Olympios
He was born in Limassol in 1953. He studied graphic arts at the
Higher Technical Institute (HTI) (1973 - 76) and continued his
studies at the Higher School of Fine Arts in Athens (1978 - 84)
under the tuition of D. Mytaras, P. Tetsis, K. Xynopoulos, G. Kolefas and later on at Vrije Academie Werkplaats voor
Beeldende Kunsten (1984-86) in the Hague. His work has been
exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Cyprus and abroad
(Holland, Greece, Amsterdam, Neventer, Athens, Rhodes,
Thessaloniki, Piraeus, Hydra, the Cairo Biennale and various
museums: De Inieger, Deurne, Catharijnecovent, Allard Pierson,
etc.). |
