YIORGOS (GEORGE) SKOTINOS
He was born in Limassol in 1937. He studied at the Drama School of the National Theatre of Greece. He also studied cinematography at the Visual Arts School and Movie Subscription Group in New York. He won a scholarship from the Ford  Foundation for painting. He received a commendation at the Alexandria Biennale in 1968 and was awarded with a gold medal at the India Triennale in 1982.
