Born in Kissonerga, Pafos 1944. Studied art in the Sourikov Institute of Fine Arts in Moscow (1970-1976). Studied painting for the first two years and then specialized for the next four in monumental painting at the Studio of Professor Claudia Alexandrovna Toutevol. Awarded the M.A. in 1976. Then moved to Athens where he worked.

Exhibited at the Ora Gallery in Athens a series of works inspired by the events of 1974. From 1977 has been living permanently at Kissonerga in Paphos.

Has shown his work in one-man exhibitions (Moscow, Athens, Nicosia, Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca) and many group exhibitions (Thessaloniki, Budapest, Prague, Berlin, Bucharest, Sofia, Cairo, Kuwait, Moscow, Paris, London, Athens).
